Farmers Insurance® Agencies is seeking a District Manager to lead and scale a district, coach agency owners, and build a network of high-performing businesses. You’ll run your district office, design growth strategies, and shape the culture while helping entrepreneurs succeed in theirs.

With 5+ years in sales, leadership, or financial services, you’ll develop talent, recruit and mentor district staff, and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and coaching others to success.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop sales teams.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Willingness to obtain licenses (P&C, Life/Health) and Series 6, 63, 26.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
