Qualifications
- Experience managing teams and coaching others to success.
- Passion for developing entrepreneurs and supporting business owners.
- 5+ years in sales, insurance, financial services, or related leadership roles (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; completion of leadership programs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coach new and experienced agency owners to help drive profitable growth
- Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop strategies that expand market presence and enhance agency performance
- Mentor agency owners on business planning, operations, and sales development
- Strengthen the Farmers brand through community engagement and relationship-building
- Run your own district office and build your internal team
- Create and implement long-term strategic growth plans
