This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and talent cultivation within a Fortune 500 backed organization. You'll design growth strategies, mentor owners, and build a district that delivers lasting community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and coaching others to success.
• Passion for developing entrepreneurs and supporting business owners.
• 5+ years in sales or related leadership roles.
• Licenses: Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain).
• Access to startup capital and at least two licensed district staff at appointment.

Responsibilities

• Coach new and experienced agency owners to help drive profitable growth.
• Develop strategies that expand market presence and enhance agency performance.
• Mentor agency owners on business planning, operations and sales development.
• Strengthen the Farmers brand through community engagement and relationship-building.
