Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and coaching others to success.
• Passion for developing entrepreneurs and supporting business owners.
• 5+ years in sales, insurance, financial services, or related leadership roles.
• Proven success recruiting, developing, or leading sales teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen.
• Ability to build relationships and strengthen brand visibility.
• Knowledge of contracts, compliance, and agency operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach new and experienced agency owners to drive profitable growth.
• Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop strategies to expand market presence and enhance agency performance.
• Mentor agency owners on business planning, operations, and sales development.
• Run your district office and build an internal team.
