Job summary

Farmers Insurance Agencies is seeking a District Manager to lead and scale a district by coaching agency owners, developing growth strategies, and building a high-performing network. You will drive profitability, mentor leaders, and strengthen community relationships in a competitive market.

You will manage district operations, recruit and develop staff, and implement long-term plans to expand market presence while upholding Farmers’ brand standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, insurance, financial services, or related leadership roles (preferred).
• Proven success recruiting, developing, or leading sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach new and experienced agency owners to help drive profitable growth
• Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Develop strategies that can expand market presence and help enhance agency performance
• Mentor agency owners on their business planning, operations, and sales development
• Strengthen the Farmers brand through community engagement and relationship-building
• Run your district office and build your internal team
• Create and implement long-term strategic growth plans
