Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Fort Worth, TX seeks a District Shift Leader aiming for a General Manager role. You will perform management duties at a home location, while supporting other bakeries in the market and traveling as needed to gain leadership experience.

The GM development plan includes training in inventory, vendor orders, and cash management, with potential promotion to GM when a position opens. Must be 18+, pass a background check, and obtain ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Willing to work varied hours including early mornings.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Complete ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example and coach teams to deliver great guest experiences.
• Ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment.
• GM development plan includes training in inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management.
• Position may lead to General Manager promotion when available within the market.
