Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Wayland, MA is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan and eventually lead a bakery as GM when ready.

You’ll manage at your home store, support other locations in the market, and travel within the market. Shifts start as early as 3am, and you’ll coach teams to deliver high-quality food while maintaining a safe, clean store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach teams during shifts starting as early as 3am.
• Support other bakeries in the market and travel within the market as needed.
• Learn restaurant administration duties and progress toward GM responsibilities.
