Job summary

Stiles Machinery Inc. seeks a District Team Leader to perform core Field Service Representative duties while supervising a team of FSRs in the Greensboro area. You will lead service delivery on customer sites, ensure high-quality installations and maintenance, and mentor staff to meet performance standards.

The role requires hands-on technical work, supervisory experience, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, with travel by car and air as needed and regular reporting to the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Two years electronic technical school or equivalent experience.
• Field service experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Coordinate scheduling with service center to optimize team productivity.
• Report work results and issues to the Service Manager via written service reports.
• Supervise the FSR team in the assigned territory; provide training and feedback.
• Monitor performance, ensure adherence to service standards and company policies.
• Drive service revenue growth within the territory and align operations with sales goals.
