Job summary

Ashley Furniture Homestores in the Detroit area seeks a Licensee Support Manager to drive training, merchandising, and product assortments across licensees, and to collaborate on velocity walks and growth opportunities.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail sales and sales management, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel up to 80% to visit licensees and attend markets. You will help open new stores and reinforce brand equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of retail sales and sales management experience, preferably in furniture.
• Willingness to travel 80% and lead training/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing location visits to support licensee training and merchandising.
• Support licensee new store openings and onboarding.
• Participate in operational strategy meetings to improve licensee performance.
• Monitor brand standards and licensee compliance through field visits and reporting.
