• 2-3 years of experience in youth development, education, or a closely related supervisory role.

• Overseeing ELOP partnerships and supporting program quality across district sites.
• Ensuring consistent implementation of Expanded Learning Programs and focusing on program quality, continuous improvement, and operational systems.
• Staff training and coaching and coordination of community-based enrichment partnerships.

Education
