Job summary

KIPP Public Schools Northern California is seeking an ELO Program Associate to supervise students and support after-school, summer, and intersession programming. You will handle family communication, attendance, enrollment, and fiscal compliance, reporting to the ELO Program Director and Regional Associate Director.

Responsibilities include office operations, inventory, first aid, and coordinating with families in English and Spanish, while supporting events and field trips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in school setting preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish or community language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage after school and summer program inventory.
• Track and process daily student attendance.
• Draft & review parent communication in English and Spanish.
• Support with implementing school safety plans.
