Job summary

• Overseeing ELOP partnerships and supporting program quality across district sites.
• Ensuring consistent implementation of Expanded Learning Programs and focusing on program quality, continuous improvement, and operational systems.
• Staff training and coaching and coordination of community-based enrichment partnerships.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Child or Human Development preferred; AA degree or 48+ college units in Child Development or a closely related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in youth development, education, or a closely related supervisory role.

This position serves as a district-level operational and quality support leader responsible for overseeing ELOP partnerships, supporting program quality, and ensuring consistent implementation of Expanded Learning Programs. The Expanded Learning Program Supervisor provides districtwide management and operational support for Expanded Learning programs across multiple school sites. This position focuses on program quality, continuous improvement, operational systems, staff training and coaching, and coordination of community-based enrichment partnerships.
