McHappy's Donuts is seeking an experienced, results-driven District Director to provide leadership across multiple bakery and restaurant locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven operations leader who is passionate about developing people, driving business results, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple store management teams.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop managers and future leaders.
• Ensure consistent food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Monitor financial performance, labor, inventory, and operating costs.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant, bakery, retail, or food service management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Experience with budgeting, P&L management, staffing, and operational planning.
• Ability to travel between locations as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
