Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Philadelphia is seeking a high-energy Quick Service District Manager to oversee operations of multiple restaurants. You will recruit, coach, mentor and develop district teams, lead by example and align with company values.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive performance across sites. You will promote a team environment, ensure guest satisfaction, and execute marketing initiatives to grow sales while maintaining standards.

• Must have at least 5 years of managing QSR experience.

We are looking for a hard-working, high energy Quick Service District Manager to join our growing team of Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant professionals. This District Manager for our company will be accountable for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurants while creating a strong group of professionals through recruitment, coaching, mentoring and development. The District Manager is in a position to lead their team by example following guidelines, procedures and our businesses values. The District Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations.
