Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Delivery District Leader to manage a team of 10–20 delivery drivers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment across PepsiCo’s United States operations. The role requires coordinating with sales and warehouse teams to meet customer needs and maintain safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of frontline management experience, a flexible schedule including early mornings, and knowledge of DOT regulations. CDL is recommended but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of managing frontline employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings (4am start).
• Knowledge in DOT requirements and compliance.
• Previous delivery experience.
• Class A CDL not mandatory but recommended.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–20 delivery drivers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse operations to meet customer needs.
• Coach and develop drivers to improve daily productivity and route efficiency.
• Ensure DOT and safety standards are followed; conduct team meetings and safety trainings.
