Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Delivery District Leader to head a team of 12-18 CDL-certified delivery drivers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment in Salt Lake City. You will collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to meet customer needs and drive productivity.

The role requires at least 2 years of frontline management, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to obtain Class A CDL. Competitive compensation includes a bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum managing frontline employees.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends.
• Willingness to obtain Class A, CDL certification.
• Willingness and ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically.
• Must have indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Safe driving record strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of 12-18 delivery drivers (CDL certified).
• Answer field customer calls regarding deliveries and ensure 100% customer service.
• Ensure store delivery time windows are met daily.
• Work with sales reps and warehouse ops to understand customer and sales needs.
• Coach, lead, and develop drivers to support the sales organization and improve daily productivity.
• Maintain process improvements to enhance delivery productivity.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and PepsiCo safety standards.
• Conduct team meetings and safety training to enforce preventive measures.
• Demonstrate strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Have a highly developed sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated results in improving business performance through leadership.
