Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Delivery District Leader to oversee a team of 15–20 delivery drivers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment. You will coordinate with sales and warehouse to meet customer needs and drive productivity and safety.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years managing frontline staff, a flexible 4am–6am start, and a valid driver’s license. CDL is recommended but not mandatory; expect compensation reflecting performance and eligibility targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Flexible schedule including 4am–6am start; Tuesday–Saturday.
• Class A CDL certified not mandatory but recommended.
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15–20 delivery drivers (CDL certified).
• Respond to field customer calls and ensure 100% service.
• Ensure on-time delivery within store windows daily.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse to meet customer needs.
• Coach drivers to boost daily productivity and safety.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and PepsiCo safety standards.
• Conduct team meetings and safety training.
