Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching drivers, ensuring on-time deliveries, and enforcing DOT safety standards with regular safety trainings. 2+ years of frontline management and a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing frontline employees.
• Experience with direct store delivery/field operations.
• DOT knowledge and safety compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-20 delivery drivers (CDL) to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and warehouse operations to meet customer needs.
• Coach and develop drivers to improve daily productivity and safety compliance.
• Conduct safety trainings and team meetings; ensure DOT standards.
