Job summary

PepsiCo Sales in Carson, CA is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to lead a team of frontline delivery drivers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment. You will manage 15–20 CDL-certified drivers, coordinate with sales and warehouse teams, coach staff, and drive productivity while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role offers a compensation range of $73,600–$123,150 plus a 10% target bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing frontline employees.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must be willing to obtain Class A CDL certification.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15-20 delivery drivers (CDL certified).
• Ensure delivery time windows are met daily.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and warehouse operations to meet customer needs.
• Coach, lead and develop drivers to support the sales organization and improve productivity via gate-to-gate route rides twice a week.
• Maintain process improvement to enhance delivery productivity.
• Ensure compliance of DOT and PepsiCo safety standards.
• Conduct team meetings and safety training.
• Demonstrate strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Show strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Demonstrate results in improving business performance through leadership.
