Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Delivery District Leader to oversee 15–20 frontline delivery drivers in a fast-paced direct store delivery setting. You will coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to meet customer needs, coach drivers for productivity, and ensure DOT and PepsiCo safety standards are followed.

This role requires a 4am start, Monday–Friday schedule, and a strong emphasis on leadership and customer service. Competitive compensation and an extensive benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including early mornings (4am) and weekends.
• Monday–Friday work week; early start times.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15-20 delivery drivers (CDL certified).
• Answer field customer calls regarding deliveries and ensure 100% customer service.
• Ensure store delivery time windows are met daily.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse operations to meet customer and sales needs.
• Coach, lead and develop drivers to improve daily productivity; gate-to-gate rides twice a week.
• Maintain process improvements to enhance delivery productivity.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and PepsiCo safety standards.
• Conduct team meetings and safety training.
