Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a Delivery Supervisor in California to lead a team of 15–20 CDL drivers in a fast-paced, direct store delivery environment. You will collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to satisfy customer needs and improve daily productivity while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in frontline supervision, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing frontline employees.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Willing to obtain Class A CDL.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15–20 delivery drivers (CDL certified) to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Ensure daily delivery time windows are met across routes.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to align customer needs with operations.
• Coach drivers to boost daily productivity and safety.
• Maintain adherence to DOT and PepsiCo safety standards.
