Responsibilities

• Coach District Managers on prioritization, execution, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Analyze operational metrics and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with District Managers to drive retention, enrollment, and operational excellence.
• Conduct field visits and influence leaders through credibility and trust.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders and track progress of coaching initiatives.
