Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Coaching Lead to partner with District Managers to improve enrollment, retention, and performance across districts. This role uses data, dashboards, and business insight to coach on strategy, routines, execution, and problem-solving.

Travel about 25% is required, with a focus on field engagement and measurable outcomes. The position offers a full-time schedule with compensation that includes a base salary and performance bonuses, along with comprehensive health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field required.
• 5+ years’ experience and proven success driving performance across multiple locations.
• Strong coaching and leadership development experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach District Managers on prioritization, execution, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop routines and action plans for retention, enrollment, and operational excellence.
• Observe operations and influence field leadership through credibility.
• Track progress of coaching initiatives and report findings.
