Learning Care Group in Novi, MI is seeking a District Enrollment Specialist to drive enrollment growth across a defined district. The role emphasizes hands-on in-school support, tours, and collaboration with school leaders to optimize new family enrollments and utilization.

The position involves managing leads, guiding families through the enrollment lifecycle, and using CRM to track pipeline health while coaching Directors on best practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience required; education or service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment support to assigned schools, including on-site tours and family engagement.
• Manage leads for assigned schools with strong organization and timely follow up with prospective families and Directors.
• Support and conduct tours for prospective families, ensuring high quality, consistent experiences that move families toward enrollment.
• Manage the prospective family enrollment process, from inquiry through registration and initial payment setup.
• Achieve enrollment goals by utilizing CRM to engage prospective families and track pipeline health.
• Partner with school Directors, coaching on enrollment conversations, tour execution and follow up best practices.
• Consult with school leadership to market and position the school based on family feedback and reviews.
• Demonstrate professionalism in enrollment conversations and address objections from families.
• Maintain knowledge of state policies related to childcare enrollment and operations.
