Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a District Enrollment Specialist to drive enrollment growth across a defined group of schools. You will conduct tours, engage families, and partner with school leaders to improve lead-to-enrollment conversions and optimize utilization.

Role involves on-site support, travel up to 50% locally, and collaboration with district leadership and marketing to manage the enrollment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience required.
• Education or service industry experience preferred.
• High School diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment support to assigned schools within a geographic area, including on-site presence for tours and engagement.
• Manage leads for assigned schools with timely follow-up and prioritization of high-intent opportunities.
• Support and conduct tours for prospective families, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences.
