Job summary

D1 Training in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Head Coach who can run the coaching product end to end. You’ll own athletes, staff, retention, upsells, and the numbers behind the floor, acting as GM of your division with a clear scoreboard.

You’ll love data as much as athletes: build dashboards, monitor attendance and progress, close on re-ups, and grow revenue through PT and premium packages. This role demands leadership, organization, and a genuine passion for developing people.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coaching, personal training, or sports performance experience.
• Certification required: CSCS, NASM, USAW, or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certified, or willing to obtain before start.
• Experience with TeamBuildr, a CRM/scheduling platform, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• The floor: coaching group sessions and 1:1 training weekly; set energy, standard, and culture.
• The members: know them by name, goals, and progress; lead graduation check-ins and re-ups.
• Retention: monitor engagement and re-engage at risk members to reduce churn.
• Growth: convert trials, drive re-ups, and upsell into PT and premium packages.
• The numbers: build dashboards, read attendance, retention, and revenue per member.
• The team: hire, train, schedule, and develop coaching staff; act as HR for the division.
• The machine: manage processes, CRM, TeamBuildr, and equipment; fix issues before they escalate.
