Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Georgia driver's license.
• One year of property or equipment inventory experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to work independently; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs detailed inventories of district property and equipment in schools and central office locations.
• Keeps inventory documentation up to date and accurate in the Munis Capital Assets module.
• Tags equipment at locations throughout the district; trains staff on inventory processes.
• Maintains confidentiality of Financial Systems & Capital Asset information.
• Updates the Munis Capital Assets module with transfers and status changes.
• Supports scanning of documents such as purchase orders and invoices.
