Job summary

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a District Administrator to join our safety-conscious team in Westlake, LA. The role handles daily payroll reconciliation, vendor PO management, billing/invoicing, and monthly financial closeout for assigned branch.

The District Administrator provides back-office support to improve accuracy and efficiency. This position requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel up to 30%, and relocation not needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, accounting or finance preferred or 4+ years of combined industry experience in lieu of BS.
• 2–5 years of business, invoicing, accounting or finance in a related industry and management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and hold valid TWIC or obtain within 3 months; valid US passport or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Daily payroll reconciliation and front-to-back finance tasks (invoicing, billing, PO management, revenue/expense accruals).
• Support month-end close for assigned branch; prepare data for payroll processing and KPI reporting.
• Lead time entry accuracy, approve hours, resolve discrepancies with employees/supervisors, and assist with revenue recognition and cost accruals.
