Qualifications

  • 3+ years of general administration experience required.
  • High school diploma & 1 year specialized training in administration.
  • Experience with hazardous waste shipping preferred.
  • Previous experience with hazardous waste shipping/materials preferred.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage escalated issues for regulatory and revenue compliance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer issues and complaints.
  • Lead branches in the financial close process.
  • Resolve inquiries and concerns for internal customers.
  • Lead financial close processes to ensure revenue/cost is accurately accrued.
  • Train field staff on new processes and ensure consistent use of company systems.
  • Manage all customer interactions including invoice issues, taxes, and short pays.
  • Support Facility and Customer initiatives and events as needed.

Overview

Clean Harbors is seeking a Senior District Administrator. The Senior District Administrator is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with policies and procedures, as well as managing customer issues and complaints for Corporate, GCC team leads, and managers to support and resolve administrative escalations/questions that directly impact billing and financial outcomes. They work directly with corporate departments to support branch and administrative initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage resolution of escalated issues for Regulatory (Facility Reporting) and Revenue (Quote to Cash) compliance needs (Ex: Credit & Rebill, Contract Pricing, Non-Con, IP, No show).
  • Primary point of contact for customer issues and complaints for Corporate, regional, DVP and GCC team leads and managers to support and resolve administrative escalations/questions that directly impacts billing and financial outcomes.
  • Manages resolutions of customer escalated issues. Assure customer satisfactions, timely and accurate responses (invoice issues, PO's, DSO, credit/rebills, short pays, difficult customer calls, etc.).
  • Resolves escalated inquiries and concerns for internal customers.
  • Lead branches in the financial close process/questions (making sure revenue/cost is accrued, ensuring accuracy of Profit and Loss statements).
  • Work with field on training of new processes and ensure consistent use of all related company systems (Mobile Worksheet, Workbenches, Onboarding, LMS Modules, etc.).
  • Manages all customer interactions as required (Resolving invoice issues, PO’s, Tax issues, DSO Shortpays, receive incoming calls, etc.).
  • Support Facility and Customer initiatives and events as needed (Large event, New large customer).
Qualifications
  • 3+ years general administration experience.
  • High school diploma & 1 year specialized educational or training focus in administration required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience with hazardous waste shipping/materials preferred.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to effectively lead teams.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong communication, typing and word process skills.
