• Prepare reports and analyze trends for senior management.
• Monitor regional intelligence and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee performance of all branches within the region.
• Collaborate with internal departments to remove bottlenecks.
• Foster a high-performing, safety-focused team culture.
• Direct and optimize resources to meet customer commitments.
