City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Outside Account Manager to run your own commercial facility management book, visiting client properties in person and growing accounts through problem-solving and adding services.

You balance field visits with office admin, lead a night manager and a network of contractors, and are accountable for delivering every scope on time. This role rewards initiative, relationship-building, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading staff and a network of vendors.
• A self-starter who drives results and takes initiative.
• Account management, route sales, or service sales experience, or equivalent.
• Outgoing, persuasive communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for client visits.

Responsabilités

• Visit client properties in person so every client sees you.
• Sell and manage extra services to grow each account.
• Direct your night manager and vendors, and hold them accountable.
• Run your territory and own the results.
• Retain accounts by solving problems before they grow.
