City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Outside Account Manager to manage a commercial facility management book of business. You will visit client properties in person, build relationships, and grow accounts by solving problems and adding services.

The role combines field visits with office collaboration, requiring you to navigate a fast-paced, multi-priority environment while leading a team of contractors to deliver on scope.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading staff and a network of vendors.
• Self-starter who drives results and takes initiative.
• Account management, route sales, or service sales experience, or equivalent.
• Outgoing, persuasive communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits.

Responsabilités

• Run your territory and own the results.
• Visit client properties in person so every client sees you.
• Retain accounts by solving problems before they grow.
• Sell and manage extra services to grow each account.
• Direct your night manager and vendors, and hold them accountable.
