Job summary

We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager in the Washington, D.C. region to manage field-based accounts within the DC/Baltimore corridor.

You will engage with commercial property managers, architects, engineers and business owners to drive growth and revenue. The role offers a strong earning potential with an initial base salary in the $65k–$75k range, plus $30k–$45k in commissions plus bonus, targeting an OTE of $95k–$110k+.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field-based account management experience.
• Proven track record of growing an existing customer base.
• Hungry to advance financially and professionally.
• Experience with BOMA, IFMA or related associations is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Field-based account management in the DC/Baltimore area with commercial property managers, architects, engineers and business owners.
• Build and expand relationships to grow the customer base.
• Participate in networking and industry association events to generate opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue and account growth.
