Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a Product Support Manager for Attachments to facilitate distributor and customer success by identifying and driving resolution of attachment product issues. You will manage key relationships with Komatsu factories and distributors, support the TSI process, and provide technical support for new equipment installations and warranty processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training related to the repair and service of heavy equipment.
• 5 years' industry experience in the repair and service of heavy equipment.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for servicing agents and customers.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems on Komatsu attachment products.
• Review and adjudicate warranty claims for Komatsu attachment products.
• Prepare reports, presentations, charts/graphs on attachment performance.
• Coordinate start-up, assembly and delivery of attachments to customers.
• Train distributors to improve attachment support capabilities.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on attachments and major components.
• Interpret maintenance data and machine health information for proactive support.
