Job summary

Signify, the world leader in lighting, is seeking a Distributor Stock Specialist to join the Field Sales Team in the Northeast Region (Baltimore, MD; Richmond, VA; Philadelphia, PA). You will drive stock sales, implement CLS programs with distributor partners, and support order management in coordination with the District Sales Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of sales experience with Excel and analytical tools. Travel up to 50% is expected; a target bonus plan applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience ideally tied to sales and product training.
• Experience with Excel and other analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve stock sales goals and execute sales plans within an assigned territory.
• Lead sales training initiatives to increase product knowledge with channel partners and contractors.
• Provide pre- and post-order stock support and order management with the Commercial & Industrial District Sales Manager.
• Coordinate plans with distributor counter and inside personnel, agency and Lighting sales teams to meet growth goals.
