The CORE Group-Payroll, LLC is seeking a full-time Sales position in the United States to grow CORE Foodservice with distributors and operators. The role emphasizes face-to-face customer engagement, CRM-driven account management, and collaboration across sales and marketing teams.
Ideal candidates demonstrate strong sales aptitude, excellent communication, and willingness to travel for occasional overnight stays, with a professional appearance and timely reporting via CRM.
Sell CORE client’s products to existing and new customers at the distributor level and at the operator level that purchase from the distributors assigned. Assist in developing sales plan targets as well as execute assigned sales targets by client. Manage all aspects of the sales process through CRM.
Grow our client’s business with the existing stocked product mix in distribution as well as the addition of new products.
Identify relevant products that are underperforming through work with the distributor partner.
Identify gaps in the mix for expansion opportunity with a focus on new product launches.
Work will be done leveraging internal tools and resources as well as client collaboration.
Track all progress by way of distributor reviews.
Manage CORE relationship with assigned distributor partner.
Merchandising/Purchasing leadership and team.
Sales and Marketing leadership and team.
Maintain detailed profiles through CRM.
All of the above work and activity must be reported accurately and in real time via CRM.
Communicate appropriately with greater CORE sales team where specific customer opportunities present themselves and currently assigned to a CORE associate.
Responsible for field sales calls in support of opportunity not currently assigned to a CORE associate.
Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio, a minimum of 15 Platinum Partners by calling on them every 60 days. This may vary depending on the number and size of distributors assigned.
Make a minimum of 8 sales calls per week
Present a minimum of 3 clients on each sales call.
Manage administrative time in an effective manner. Preparing for and securing the necessary sales tools (samples, programs, digital presentation, etc.) needed for a professional sales presentation.
Support team effort as needed and requested by management via company sales meetings, food shows, vendor fairs and district sales meetings.

Understanding and working knowledge of CRM
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to utilize Teams and other software Designated by CORE as a selling tool
Ability to travel and stay overnight if needed
Possess a strong aptitude for sales and a desire to WIN
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Punctual, meticulous, and reliable
Reside in, or within driving distance of, the assigned territory
Must utilize the Motus App for mileage entry and submit monthly mileage no later than the 4th of every
month- mileage not to exceed 1500 miles/month
Have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record spanning 5 years
Possess Restaurant Operation experience
Position requires some travel and overnight stays
Professional business attire appearance
A bachelor’s degree or restaurant operation/sales experience is preferred
