Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Project Manager to lead Distribution initiatives, manage timelines, risks and stakeholders, and drive business outcomes per the project charter. The role calls for strong planning, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across senior sponsors, partners, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of project management experience, PMP certification preferred, and familiarity with WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience across varied sizes.
• Experience in 3PL, distribution, warehousing or supply chain.
• Strong communication with executives, vendors and customers.
• Proficient MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Distribution projects from inception to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with tasks, resources and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead risk management meetings and publish status reports.
• Monitor project health, issues and action items to drive outcomes.
• Maintain PMO policies and drive continuous improvement.
