Job summary

NFI is seeking a Project Manager to lead Distribution project initiatives, drive implementation, and coordinate resources and schedules. You will manage the lifecycle from inception to closure, reporting statuses, risks, and milestones, and ensure delivery aligns with the project charter.

Requires 5+ years of project management in a 3PL/distribution environment; PMP preferred; knowledge of WMOS or other WMS/LMS systems is a plus. Travel up to 50% and standard MS Office tools are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on experience managing projects of various size and complexities.
• 3PL, Distribution, Warehousing or Supply Chain Management experience.
• Knowledge of Manhattan WMOS preferred; other WMS/LMS acceptable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with senior management, vendors and customers.
• Ability to plan, organize and multi-task to handle many tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage Distribution projects lifecycle from inception to closure, including meeting management and documentation.
• Develop detailed project plans with activity definitions, sequencing, resources and durations.
• Collaborate with executives, partners and vendors to define scope and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead risk management meetings and propose solutions to stabilize projects.
• Facilitate team calls, publish status reports and track open risks and action items.
• Promote PMO practices and drive continuous improvement across projects.
