Job summary

Ozark, MO-based The Kinetic Group (HEVI-Shot brand) is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead hourly teams, ensuring safety, quality, cost control and on-time delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will oversee Kronos timekeeping, coordinate cross-functional support, and drive continuous improvement across operations while maintaining accurate inventory and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 2 years supervisory experience in a distribution/logistics environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safe work habits.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and time/attendance systems.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership coordinating activities of employees, equipment, and department to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Promote a two-way communication culture and teamwork.
• Identify improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and logistics costs.
• Analyze distribution performance and implement corrective actions.
• Document training needs and secure resources to develop staff.
• Interface with maintenance, operations, engineering, planning, quality, and purchasing.
• Ensure accurate employee time records in Kronos.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
