Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, allocate resources, and ensure safety, quality, and KPI targets are met.

You will supervise at least two full-time staff, drive continuous improvement, and coach teams across daily tasks and reports. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a solid base in quality management, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent military leadership experience.
• Proven leadership in a warehouse or supply chain setting.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two full-time direct reports and manage performance.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operations.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports to support activities.
• Ensure proper scheduling, task assignment, and completion.
• Manage vacations and time-off to meet customer needs.
• Lead safety practices and daily startup briefings.
• Drive coaching, feedback, and corrective actions for teammates.
• Promote safety through weekly meetings and training.
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean work environment.
• Support inventory integrity and participate in counts.
• Assist with special projects for the Operations Manager.
