Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in Ozark, MO to lead hourly staff and ensure safe, on-time delivery of products. You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with maintenance, operations, and planning, and manage attendance and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree in a related field and at least two years of supervisory distribution experience, plus familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and two years of supervisory experience in distribution/logistics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of safety practices.
• Experience with Dynamics and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to hourly employees to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and report via Kronos or similar system.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, planning, and quality teams to optimize the operation.
