Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring warehouses and loading processes, guiding daily stand-ups, and ensuring continuous improvement through SOPs and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with three (3) or more years of manufacturing and distribution experience.
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound department operations for LTL, International, CAT and Hazmat shipments.
• Monitor workflow and identify issues using WMS queues, hot lists, Power BI, and exception reports.
• Oversee daily operational metrics and performance goals to ensure functional success.
• Lead, coach, and conduct formal check-ins with new hires and leads to maintain productivity.
• Identify safety, quality and housekeeping concerns and take corrective actions as needed.
