Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management and workload planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop frontline associates, coaching and supporting the team.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and promote safety culture.
