Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking a Distribution Specialist (Distribution Operations) to manage day-to-day performance at the Distribution Center, ensuring on-time and in-full order fulfillment. You’ll work with 3PL partners, customer service, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and uphold service levels.

You will monitor KPIs, drive real-time resolutions, plan labor, and oversee cost controls while identifying improvement opportunities across the DC network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, or logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience managing daily warehouse performance, SLAs, and issue resolution.
• Experience working cross-functionally with customer service, transportation, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Commercial Escalation Management: act as the first point of contact for escalations related to DC operations and order fulfillment.
• Real-Time Issue Resolution: own real-time escalations and coordinate with 3PL, IT, transportation, and customer service to resolve root causes.
• Daily Operations & SLA Management: drive OTIF execution across DCs in line with SLAs and targets.
• KPI & Performance Management: track and act on warehouse performance metrics and raise risks with 3PLs.
• Labor & Resource Planning: ensure staffing and shift coverage aligned with volume forecasts.
• 3PL Partner Management: oversee daily performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and procedures.
• Cost Control & Operational Discipline: monitor overtime, waste, damages, and equipment usage; support corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: surface recurring issues and participate in CI initiatives.
