Job summary

Target is seeking an Operations Manager in a Distribution Center setting, focusing on safety, leadership, and delivering productivity gains. You will drive frontline performance, coach teams, and coordinate across functions to ensure fast, accurate product flow to guests.

Responsibilities include optimizing processes, maintaining safety culture, and adapting to changing business needs within a large retail distribution network.

Qualifications

Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms.
Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center.
