Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Wisconsin is seeking a warehouse supervisor who can plan daily manpower needs, forecast the week, and minimize overtime while ensuring safe, reliable distribution operations.

You will lead shift meetings, assign daily work, provide training on SOPs, track productivity and equipment statistics, and support teammates across the warehouse to meet service goals, while fostering safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership.
• Or a High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages and answering questions.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity targets are met.
• Manage workflows efficiently and provide training and direction to employees on SOPs.
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
