Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling seeks a Senior leader to drive digital manufacturing initiatives across its production centers in CA, IL, MI, MN and WI. You will own the LMS roadmap, map fault codes into a historian, and develop data visualizations to inform operations.

You will lead a technical team providing on-site and remote support, drive strategic projects to improve reliability and sustainability, and serve as an escalation point during disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of leadership experience, or GED with 13+ years of specific experience and 8+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Digital Manufacturing & Data Systems: Lead initiatives to improve equipment performance, reliability, and operational visibility; develop LMS roadmap; map fault codes into a historian; create data dashboards for decision-making.
• Technical Equipment & Plant Support: Lead a team providing advanced technical equipment and OT network support; drive strategic projects to improve plant performance, reliability and sustainability; troubleshoot and resolve issues; act as escalation point during disruptions.
