Macy’s is seeking a Manager, Operations to oversee the distribution department’s day‑to‑day activities and ensure achievement of facility goals. The role involves leading hourly staff, generating performance reports, and coordinating cross‑functional efforts to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities include safety, quality, cost control, and process optimization, with a schedule Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
