Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical duties described.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience leading hourly teams in distribution or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a distribution department to meet or exceed goals and targets.
• Build high performing teams by guiding hourly colleagues.
• Generate reports for management on key metrics.
• Ensure safety, cost control, quality, and customer service standards.
• Present to senior management as needed.
• Analyze work processes and implement improvements.
• Foster a positive work culture and collaboration across shifts.
• Coordinate handoffs between shifts to maintain efficiency.
• Establish procedures and metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory control and review forecast data for progress.
