Job summary

Martin Brower is offering a 12-week Distribution Operations Intern program in multiple US distribution centers. You will rotate through warehouse, transportation, restaurant services, inventory, and HR, acting as lead on projects while participating in formal training and mentorship from leadership.

You will manage a process improvement project and present findings to US executive leadership at the end of the internship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree with 0 to 2 years of related work experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the company will not sponsor visas

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all functions of the distribution center, including warehouse operations, transportation, restaurant services/customer service/field service, inventory, and human resources
• Function as lead person on specific projects
• Actively participate in internship program training activities, developmental opportunities, and events
• Gain understanding of all business areas to develop business acumen
• Timely completion of business-specific projects and tasks
• Other projects or duties as assigned
